____ EVENTS ___

EVENT TICKET DEPOSIT: Refunded upon attendance. If you do not attend, deposit is non-refundable. You may transfer to another event within 18 months of registration, with a min. of 45 days’ notice. Cancellation within 44 days of event will forfeit your deposit. 

 

EVENT PAID TICKET*: Purchase is non-refundable. You may transfer to another event within 18 months of original registration, with a minimum of 45 days’ notice. Cancellation within 44 days of the event start date will result in forfeiting your ticket entirely.

THE ART OF FEMININE PRESENCE® WEEKEND HOME EDITION: Purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

THE ART OF MASCULINE PRESENCE® EVENT: Purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

THE AWAKENED SPEAKER VIRTUAL EVENT: Purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

THE AWAKENING HOME EDITION: WORLD CHANGERS CREATING MASSIVE GLOBAL IMPACT: Purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

THE INSPIRED WRITER RETREAT: The tuition for this event is non-refundable. You may transfer one time to another Awakened School event within 18 months of your original registration if the need arises, before the first preparation call. Cancellation after the first preparation call will result in forfeiting your ticket entirely, as we have already invested in your materials and possibly turned others away if the event is full.

 

 

____ PROGRAMS ___

ONLINE PROGRAM: Online Programs are non-cancelable but come with a Money Back Guarantee*. If you select to pay in monthly installments, you commit to completing all monthly payments as planned and by their date due, regardless of participation level. (Please note that Book Club packages have a separate policy posted below.)

*Money Back Guarantee: If the entire course is completed, including all aspects of the downloadable worksheets/workbooks, within 4 months of purchase, and you do not feel the investment was valuable, you will receive a full refund at the end of the program. To receive a refund, you must submit all completed downloadable worksheets/workbooks.

 

UNWAVERING STILLNESS INTENSIVE: Purchase of this program is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

UNWAVERING CERTAINTY and OPEN TO RECEIVE: This purchase is non-refundable. You may transfer event payments one time to another Groover Seminars event within 18 months of your original registration if the need arises, with a minimum of 15 days’ advance notice. Cancellation within 14 days of this event will forfeit your ticket to the event as there are limited spaces for this retreat, and one we’ve kept for you.

 

THE AWAKENED BUSINESS SCHOOL, AWAKEN YOUR IMPACT MASTERY, ART OF FEMININE PRESENCE MASTERY, UNWAVERING TRANSFORMATION, PRIVATE COACHING, COACH CERTIFICATION AND PUBLISHING PROGRAMS: Initial deposit or first payment is non-refundable. Please consult your signed agreement for additional policy details.  

 

____ SESSIONS ___

ADDITIONAL COACHING SESSIONS: Purchase is a non-refundable, non-transferable purchase. The client must use their coaching sessions during the program year for which they were purchased. Any coaching sessions not used in that time are forfeit and no further credits or refunds are available to the client.

BREAKTHROUGH SESSIONS: Purchase is non-refundable, but transferable to another program or product. 

 

____ PHYSICAL PRODUCTS___

PRODUCTS: All book, workbook and CD orders must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund. Damaged goods and shipping will not be refunded. 

BOOK PACKAGES: Purchase is a non-refundable, non-transferable purchase. The client has 18 months from the point of purchase to use the ticket for either an Art of Feminine Presence Weekend Intensive or the Awakening. If the event ticket is not used in that time, it is forfeit and no further credits or refunds are available to the client.
